One of my favorite things to do whenever I can is make crafts with Bella. She loves this show called Mr. Maker and is constantly thinking of ways to make things out of ordinary objects we can find around the house (check out some of our previous crafts here and here). I think it’s a great way to nurture her imagination as well as find unique alternative uses for ordinary household items. So when she asked if we could make a puppet playhouse out of a box I had brought home from the grocery, I said of course!
It’s a pretty straightforward and fun craft. I told her we could cut out a window in the box for the puppets to “perform”. The only thing we had to look for was a fun way to decorate the box and make puppets to perform in our playhouse.
